In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we have produced a Privacy statement which you can read here Panel Privacy Statement (DBS Checks).
This explains how we collect and use your information to carry out a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
Applicants for a DBS check: you will need to note on the DBS verifiers form or Jotform 1 that you have read and understood how the Panel and DBS will process your information.
We pass your DBS application forms on to the DBS to be processed and you can access their Privacy Statements at :www.gov.uk/government/publications/standard-and-enhanced-dbs-check-privacy-policy
